Our time together may include any of the following:

• Breathing Practices (Pranayama): Specific techniques to regulate the nervous system, calm the mind, bring fresh oxygen to the cellular structure, and prepare the body to both release and receive.

• Language Refinement: Words shape our reality. We’ll pay close attention to the stories you’re telling yourself and the language you use, to see where it limits or frees you.

• Mantra: All matter originates as energy. This energy expresses itself through sound. Mantra helps us organize thought patterns and shift the body’s energetic frequency.

• Meditation and Guided Visualization: Tools to calm the mind, increase present-moment awareness, and connect you with inner guidance and clarity.

• Movement: Not about choreography or performance—this is your body as a vessel for strength, listening, and presence.

• Writing: Hand to paper is a powerful tool for clarity and integration. Guided prompts help you listen, process, and anchor in your truth.

• Somatic Hypnotherapy: Somatic Hypnotherapy is a powerful method that combines body awareness with subconscious healing. By accessing where old patterns and memories are stored in the body, we can release stuck energy, shift habits at their root, and reconnect with the body’s innate wisdom.

• Intro to Ayurvedic Lifestyle: Explore simple and subtle lifestyle and dietary shifts tailored to your constitution, environment, and current needs — offered as insight, not rigid rules.

Do I need to be “good” at writing, meditation, or movement?

No. This work is not about performance. It’s about developing skills, habits, patterns, and tools to support embodied growth and change. These practices deepen your connection to your subtle body, helping you access what you truly need from within.

How do I learn about a private retreat in Hawaii or on-line sessions?

I offer private, personalized retreats at my sanctuary on the Big Island of Hawai‘i (Kūaloli Retreats). Surrounded by nature, the land and elements add to the depth of this work, offering spaciousness and quiet that allow your body and mind to attune to a deeper rhythm. You can go to the contact page and message me. You can schedule a complimentary call. I also work with people on-line who may not be able to travel to Hawaii.

What is the free 30-minute call for?

It’s an option I offer to support clarity, focus and direction. It’s a simple, no-pressure way for us to meet, sit, talk, and see if this work feels like a good fit.

How do online sessions work?

We meet over video. You can book directly through this website or message me to arrange a time. Find a quiet space where you can sit and lie down, and have pen and paper handy. The depth of this work is not lost online. Please be mindful of any time differences.

What’s your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full. These boundaries reinforce our work.

Before moving to Hawaii, I taught large groups in San Francisco for over a decade, forming lasting relationships with many students—some for more than 15 years. This teaching experience, combined with the guidance of my teachers, shapes how I work today.

This path continues to evolve, and I honor both my teachers and the life experiences that teach me every day.
